Washing — Fresh Washing Made Easy

  1. 1Choose your washer size — 10 kg everyday, 18 kg family, or 27 kg for bulky loads & king bedding.
  2. 2Load your clothes evenly in the drum.
  3. 3Add detergent — your own, or grab some from the vending machine (machines 1–6 via the top lid; 7–10 via the tray).
  4. 4Close the door and follow the on-screen prompts — adjust soil level, temperature, spin, extra rinse or pre-wash.
  5. 5Tap your card or phone to start. You're washing!

Drying — Dry Smart, Dry Fast

  1. 1Choose your dryer size — 14 kg for regular loads, or 34 kg extra-large for bedding & bulky items.
  2. 2Load loosely — clothes need room to tumble.
  3. 3Close the door until it clicks shut.
  4. 4Pick your time — 20 min refresh, 30 min standard, or 40+ for heavy/bulky. Top up anytime.
  5. 5Tap to pay, and go.

Everything's 100% cashless — just tap your card or phone. Forgot detergent? Grab powder, liquid or softener from the in-store vending machine. Washing pet items? Please use the dedicated pet machines only — Washer #10 and Dryer #22.
